Generation Projects is a construction and project management company delivering quality new builds, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and commercial projects across Auckland and Waikato.

Since 2021, we have successfully delivered more than 150 projects, building a reputation for clear communication, practical solutions and reliable project delivery.

Our approach combines construction experience, project management and cost control to give our clients greater confidence from the early planning stages through to completion.

As Registered Master Builders, we are committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship, professionalism and accountability. Our team works closely with experienced trades, consultants, suppliers and industry professionals to ensure every project is carefully managed and delivered to a high standard.

Founder & Director

Ranveer Chouhan is the Founder and Director of Generation Projects, which he established in 2021 with a clear focus on delivering well-managed construction projects with strong cost control, clear communication and accountability.

With a background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, Ranveer brings more than 11 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to establishing Generation Projects, he worked across both Quantity Surveying and Project Management roles, gaining hands-on experience in estimating, cost planning, procurement, contractor coordination and overall project delivery.

This combination of commercial and practical construction experience allows Ranveer to understand projects from both a cost and delivery perspective, helping clients make informed decisions from the early planning stages right through to construction and completion.

Since establishing Generation Projects, Ranveer has remained actively involved in the business and its projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers. His approach is centred around transparency, practical solutions, strong relationships and delivering a positive experience for every client.

Outside of work, Ranveer enjoys spending time with family and friends, and making the most of his time away from construction. He believes maintaining a good balance outside of work brings fresh energy and perspective to both business and everyday life.

Project Manager

Roni Elavia is a Project Manager at Generation Projects, bringing a strong background in civil and structural along with practical experience gained through active involvement in the construction industry.

His experience across civil, structural and construction environments gives him a well-rounded understanding of how projects come together — from coordination and planning through to on-site delivery and completion.

At Generation Projects, Roni is actively involved in managing projects, coordinating contractors and consultants, monitoring progress and helping ensure that work is delivered in line with programme, quality and client expectations.

Roni brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to project management, with a strong emphasis on communication, organisation and attention to detail. His technical background and hands-on industry experience allow him to identify potential challenges early and work collaboratively with the wider project team to keep projects moving forward.

Roni is committed to delivering well-managed projects and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, trades and suppliers throughout the construction process.

Quantity Surveyor

Shaker Yanala is a Quantity Surveyor at Generation Projects, bringing strong commercial and cost management knowledge to the team.

With a background in Quantity Surveying and construction cost management, Shaker is involved across various stages of a project, from early estimating and cost planning through to procurement, subcontractor pricing, variations and final account management.

At Generation Projects, Shaker works closely with the wider project team to help ensure projects are accurately priced, commercially managed and delivered within the agreed budget wherever possible. His role includes reviewing project costs, preparing estimates, assessing contractor and supplier pricing, monitoring expenditure and providing clear cost information throughout the construction process.

Shaker brings a methodical and detail-focused approach to his work, with a strong understanding of the importance of accurate budgeting and transparent cost management. His contribution helps provide both the project team and our clients with greater visibility and confidence around project costs from planning through to completion.
